1. Products & Licenses
All FoxForges products are licensed for use according to the license terms stated on each product page. Products may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, or shared with others without our permission.
2. Custom Development
Custom development services are provided based on the agreed requirements and scope of each project. Additional work or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
3. Support
Support is provided for our products and agreed custom development work. Support does not normally cover third-party modifications, conflicts with other apps, server or hosting issues, or changes made to our products by others.
4. Updates & Compatibility
We may provide updates, bug fixes, and compatibility updates for our products. The availability and scope of updates may vary by product.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds may not be available after a product has been downloaded, installed, or used, except where required by applicable law. Custom development fees are generally non-refundable once development work has started.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their website, database, and files before installing, updating, or customizing any product. FoxForges is not responsible for data loss, downtime, or issues caused by third-party software, hosting environments, or unauthorized modifications.
